Welcome to the
Wilderness Road Muzzleloaders website.
We are a group of traditional firearms enthusiasts who have a mutual love of history and the shooting sports. We hope that you will join us at our range and see what makes this hobby so challenging and rewarding. Come spend the day visiting or participate- we have skilled, licensed range officers to insure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Wilderness Road Muzzleloaders members get together monthly to hold meetings and competitions at our range, located just outside of Wytheville, Virginia.
If you are interested traditional firearms but do not own one of your own, please don't let this stop you from joining us. We have many knowledgeable range officers who will be happy to instruct you on how to get started in the hobby. Please contact us for further information.
